Some units provide reserved parking for a nominal charge. On site 24-hour front desk check-in. All condominiums are completely furnished and have fully equipped kitchens. Full size refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, tv/vcr, and linens. Total rate includes one night at no cost, all fees and taxes. Occupancy may include a queen size sofa sleeper. A prepaid deposit of the first night’s rent plus a prorated tax is needed to secure a reservation. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance due at check-in. A $25.00 service fee is assessed for all cancellations. However, if you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. Anyone answering this number can assist you with your reservation. Check-in is after 3:00 P.M. and check-out is before 11:00 A.M at Phoenix VI. Parking is limited to paying guest only. One permit is provided for a 1-bedroom unit. Two permits are provided for rental properties with 2 or more bedrooms.
