The Alabama Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association has been hosting an annual conference for 29 years. An attendee can earn up to 20 contact hours and the hours are NBCC, NAADAC, EACC, Alabama social work board and Alabama board of nursing approved (nurses can earn up to 24). Our attendees are usually counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses, EAP professionals, alcohol and drug counselors, union representatives, and many others in the mental health care profession and in the employee assistance field.

The cost of the conference is very economy friendly as our conference registration is $200 for members and $300 for non-members. For more information on becoming a member of EAPA or our Alabama EAPA Chapter please follow the join EAPA link on our website.

This year we will have a diverse topic lineup and we will also have many regional vendors promoting their services relevant to the mental health field.
